        What are my options for financing my new phone?

        The crediting percentage depends on several factors such as the customer's score. The result of your percentage will be given to us by an algorithm and can vary between 20, 30 or 40% of the initial subscription. 

        You choose the installments! Decide between 8, 12 or 16 biweekly installments.

        Where can I make payments?
        • In our authorized stores.
        • By ACH to a bank account.
        • Through Yappy, Punto Pago and Western Union.

        If you make your payment by ACH or Yappy you must notify us with the photo of the payment and the data of the account you are paying and we can register the payment to your account.

        Punto Pago and Wester Union reflect your payment automatically so you do not need to notify us. 

        Why should I inform KrediYA of the payment?

        If you make the payment by ACH or Yappy and do not report it, it cannot be applied to your account, that is why you should send a message through our customer service channels or to the number +507 6227-4818 with the information of the account you are paying and the evidence of payment.

        How long does it take for payment to be applied?

        It should usually take less than 10 minutes, but will never take more than 24 business hours to be applied to your account.

        What do I do if my phone is damaged and it is still under warranty?

        You should go to the store where you bought it with your invoice and they will surely help you.
